I was very happy with my room, but very disappointed in the staffing and the lack of customer service. The lack of good service. I asked for my room to be clean & serviced each day, it was not. I called down to housekeeping and requested clean towels, never received. Went to front desk to locate the pool area, one lady seated would not look up and respond after addressing her with, Good afternoon. She refused to even raise her head and look at me.
