Great value and staff We were very pleasantly surprised as this was our first stay at the Eldorado. The restaurants are good and we really liked the on-premised brewpub. The staff were really helpful and parking was free. The room was very comfortable and clean but outdated. The only real negative is that they have the mandatory "Resort Charge" that has features that are mainly useless to us and used to be free, such as free locals calls. Really. So factor that in.

Our room stay to go and see Bert Kreischer The room and corridors were clean and kept up well. Our bed was comfortable and the wife loved the softness of the pillows. I am very picky and the room being clean is what I base my review on. Looking forward to our next stay at El Dorado in Reno!

The bedroom is spacious and clean - comfortable beds. The hotel itself is a massive casino and the restaurants were busy (some closed as it was Monday/Tuesday) and queuing for a table unpleasant as smoking areas are right next to the line! If you like casinos then you like this place.
