I was very happy with my room, but very disappointed in the staffing and the lack of customer service. The lack of good service. I asked for my room to be clean & serviced each day, it was not. I called down to housekeeping and requested clean towels, never received. Went to front desk to locate the pool area, one lady seated would not look up and respond after addressing her with, Good afternoon. She refused to even raise her head and look at me. You need restaurant that are open 24 hours a day. I don’t find anyplace open to eat late night. I liked how accessible to the city, how fast it is to check in to the hotel.

Nice hotel with shows and casino. Many nice restaurants and Starbucks. The smoke smell We got assigned to a room where there was lot of smoke smell. We went back and complained. The receptionist offered us a nicer room with no smoking smell.

My stay was perfect. I did get a warning ticket but the bussing staff told us we could park there and when we mentioned it to them they just told us to disregard Everything went well. I was able to check in early and upgrade my room. I was awesome. I had a Polaris Razor I was picking up and had a long trailer. So even though I wasn't supposed to park in the hated area the bussing staff allowed it so all my belongings were safe and secure. Thank you
