Shower water was warm

We loved the ease of going between several different properties… lots to do! Staff were very kind and helpful. The elevator and lobby smelled strongly of smoke… did not notice this at the GSR or J. (We were there for sporting events.)

Eldorado Staff are professional and responsive. The checking-in time was reasonable, room was clean, staff were excellent. There were other patrons who let their kids (at least a dozen) roam in the hallways and were running rampant and yelling. The front desk was informed and the issue was address. Kudos to the staff.
