The staff was kind, but the room itself was not cleaned properly. As soon as we set our bags down we noticed used towels piled in the corner of the room. A kind housekeeper bagged them up and took them out but that made a subpar first impression. Also, our HVAC unit did not work, the first night was very hot and stuffy. We got no sleep. That was fixed the next morning for us by a nice man from engineering.
