I was disappointed with this hotel ; I expected more from a Caesars resort. The check in area was confusing and hard to find . The room smelled even though it was a non smoking floor The staff were not very helpful .

We loved the Row. Our heater didnt work well in our room. The casinos we're fun and the comedy show at the Laugh Factory was amazing.
