Well, we only needed a place for one night. Did a quick overnight stay. Discovered that the hotel is not ADA friendly. Upon arrival, the lobby was clearly marked at the escalator. We have a member in a wheelchair, so we had to search for the elevator, which was not clearly marked and had to ask for assistance. We had requested an ADA room at the point of reservation (2 months in advance) a this was not able to be provided. Apart from a few elevators that were out of service during morning check-out on Sunday, our stay was excellent and we’ll be back.
