Quick to reply and get an appointment, friendly service, professional and fair pricing. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5 was that on the second visit to install the new blower piece. The technician didn’t have the correct tool to remove the old blower which caused a decent delay. Eventually the manager arrived with the piece but the labour I felt would have been less expensive if the tech had arrived with the proper tool. The technician examined and tested each part of the heating and cooling system in my house. I am hoping that this ensures no breakdowns during the very hot weather in the summer, and similarlly during the "Grand froid". Polite, prompt and effective.
