Très satisfait du service. Nous faisions affaire avec un fournisseurs différents, qui en 2008 nous a donnez un mauvais service. Depuis ce temps nous sommes avec electroaide. En 2023 nous avons acheté de nouveau appareil, aucune hésitation pour nous ¸a decvais être electroaide.

I'm of two minds with the recent issues with our 3.5 yr. old electric furnace / heat pump. This is the second service call we have had to make. The first was covered entirely by the existing warranty. This one, labor was not covered and two visits were necessary to determine and hopefully permanently correct the problem. Parts (electronic board) was covered but even then, there is a charge for parts return. although the pressures in the heat pump had lowered they were not low enough to trip the sensor which turns the system off . However your service tech did a thorough check recharged the system and then turned the system on. All systems go for over a month now. Still don't know why the system switched off. Must be gremlins!!

Peter who did the servicing from Electro Aide was very good and the whole Electrical board had to be replaced. The Furnace is working well for now and Electro Aide had converted my Oil Furnace to an Electrical Furnace in 2008. Thank you Ronald Gonsalves
With access to the roof the technician was able to perform a thorough evaluation. He discovered that the oil capacitor was leaking and informed us that this must be changed as soon as possible due to potential damage to the motor. This was performed immediately.
