This was an awesome experience from top to bottom. The initial meeting, the recommendation of an electrician, the technician who came for measurements, then the crew that performed the installation as well as the office support staff. Absolutely would strongly recommend this company.

J’ai été référée par un client satisfait et je dois dire que du début à la fin, le service a été hors pair. Mon contact, Roxanne, a toujours été très courtoise et disponible. L’installation s’est déroulée comme un charme, merci à Raphael, Mike et Michel. Ils sont professionnels et minutieux. L’équipe a tout mis en place afin que nous recevions un traitement rapide étant donné la présence de notre bébé à la maison. J’ai aimé cette approche orientée vers les solutions et les explications claires.

Best move we made….top of the line heat pump and new furnace. *******Kudos to Raphael, who had to deal with an older generation….with politeness and calmness he took the time to answer all our questions and showed us how to use the app, also shout out to Michel, Mike,and Issam who were here as part of the crew. We highly recommend using Electro Aide Inc., 3520 rue Ashby, Ville St. Laurant. Thank you again for Making this transition so pleasant. PS. Old air conditioner and furnace e removed not a bit of a mess left.
