Had an issue with our new heat pump that wasn't working at all. Was concerned that it was only a year old. Electroaide was very responsive and sent someone the next day. Heat pump was fine but I learned that heat pumps are not like an AC-only unit. They are more complex and will shut themselves down if there is a problem causing them to work too hard in heating mode. Cause was in the ventilation and a simple fix. The technician was great in finding the issue quickly and educating me on how to avoid these type of problems.
