I received really good costumer service from Electro Aide Inc. when i called them for the problem came up, they answered me patiently. Also they tried to solve the problem in an early time. Generally, i have a satisfied experience with them
My parents had Electro Aide to service their heat pump and furnace since 1977. I know how good their services are so when I bought my condo last year, I didn't hesitate to call them up to service both of my mini split systems, and I also bought a new Lennox mini split system from them. Their technicians are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

Very pleased. Technician Geoff and team were great. Had new electric furnace and wifi thermostat installed. Best was that Geoff took the time to explain all to me - how the furnace worked in conjuction with the heat pump etc. Also set up my wifi and made sure all was working and understood before he left. Great service. Thank you!
