Booked a furnace service call on Friday. Got an appointment for Monday at 9 a.m. Got a phone call at 8:30 telling me that the technician was on his way. Tyler arrived on time and was very polite and he explained everything he was doing. I will not hesitate to call them again if I ever need another service call.

Service call today, installed a defective Lennox motor for an A/C unit. Removed defective motor and now wanted to charge for labour. I agreed provided there wouldn’t be a charge for the new motor once received. However manager disagreed, said I should contact Lennox if I wanted to be compensated. Later that day I spoke to Susan who was more than helpful and she agreed to charge me for only the service that was rendered and nothing related to the defective product. I am a happy customer.

Excellent installation of a Lennox electric furnace and heat pump purchased through Costco. Installers were on time, efficient, courteous and didn't leave until I was completely comfortable with the new equipment. They protected my home against soiling from the removal of the old furnace and A/C and left everything spotless when they left.
