We are extremely happy with our mini split heat pump purchased from and installed by Electro Aide Inc. From quotation to installation the whole affair was handled in a very professional manner by the staff. The pricing was very competitive, and the installation that I was so concerned about turned out great. Great customer service, great installation team and great price and quality of the device. Can’t recommend enough. Example: Installation team recommended stuff while installing that most people may not have recommended since it could be a little more work for them. Wasn’t disappointed.

We have been satisfied customers of Electro Aide for 35 years. We had a new air conditioning unit Put in last fall & this year we needed a new blower. Raphael & Mike came around 9 o’ clock this & worked until mid afternoon.Now everything is up & running. Before they left Raphael insisted on vacuuming the carpet. We are very pleased with the service & would definitely recommend Electro Aide.
