Seemed to try their best but kept charging me for more money and never fixed the heat pump/ air conditioning system.

A couple of small things ……service guy didn’t put the thermostat back to normal setting …..we only discovered getting out bed next morning that it was really cold. Also didn’t put a cover back on the water drain pipe

We have had a service contract for 20 years after Electroaide installed our gaz furnace and heat pump. Recently we were without heat, service technician came, said it was thermostat, and replaced it with one for $240 plus tax (plus a labour charge). On his way out I mentioned I could not hear fan running on furnace. He went outside to check heat pump, only to return to tell us, it was leaking oil and would need to be replaced. Over 600 dollars in services and parts. Our AC does not work. Company does not return our call. Had to do a chargeback. Services people were big talkers however nothing is working right.
May 13 they charged us 556.54 to repair our AC. We are sleeping with the windows open as the AC does not fuction. It was like they never repaired the unit. Cleary this company must be under new management as the serivice has never been this sad.
Chqrged and performed service and nothing works.
Never using them again. They had to come a few times to fix my thermostat. First they installed a used Lennox thermostat. I told the technician it was used. He told me no. I showed him the scratches on the unit. He eventually installed a new one. They had to install relays on my furnace to have the dual energy rate. Now at -15 it is not working, and making loud noises. We bought our heat pump from Costco. It was installed by electroaide. We were very pleased with the installation. We decided to take a maintenance contract with them. Don’t do it. Most of the technicians are very good but the owner does not care less about the client. She does not follow up with complaints. Only after the third time (and 3 months later) did she have someone else call me back. There are other companies out there offering the same service.
Booked an appointment 3 weeks in advance but did not show up. Should just let people know if you are not taking new customers.
