Excellent installation of a Lennox electric furnace and heat pump purchased through Costco. Installers were on time, efficient, courteous and didn't leave until I was completely comfortable with the new equipment. They protected my home against soiling from the removal of the old furnace and A/C and left everything spotless when they left.
Electro Aide provided us with outstanding service. They are punctual and courteous. Our heat pump might be a lemon, but our technician Paul empathizes with you and assumes the problem as if it was his own. Just nice to come across people like this. I highly recommend their services.
Hello, I purchased a new Lennox furnace and heat pump about 5 years ago but unfortunately it has stopped working. It has a 10 years warranty but being money hungry, Electro Aide has billed me to identify the problem with their unit. Surprisingly, I was not charged for calling and speaking with them. Not only was I billed to identify the problem, but was also billed a 2nd time to install the defective part. I requested an on-site evaluation to buy and install new air exchanger in October. A technician named Caroline called back and made an appointment. However, at the time of the day no one showed up or called me to cancel. I tried to contact several times, but the call was never answered. Very untrustful and irresponsible. Very disappointing.

Very bad experience! The technician came and said the main boards were broken! Then we wait more than 2 weeks for the boards. Then they came again and replace all boards! But the ac was totally down! The technician said it may due to the defected parts sent by error and they won’t charge me anything until all got fixed! 3 days later, I got a bill of over 2600$! Ridiculous! I paid about 3000 for nothing and still suffered the heats!

I have a problem in my furnace with sudden high-pitch whistling sound in the connection between heat-pump and coil!. Electro aide was not able to find the problem and fix it. However, it cost me over 300$.

Good day Mr Khosravi, a member of our service team will make a follow up with you shortly. Furnace is from 1992 and we don't have any records of maintenance on it. When our technician was on site, no sounds were observed, but still an inspection in order was made.
1 star is way more than that they deserve. The AC LENNOX that was installed in my home was not cooling, I called electro aid , they sent a technician, he just did cleaning and charged 406 $ . Now the AC is not working at all, leaking water and no cold air coming out. Thank you Electro aid for your aid.
