Very Clean. Employees are very attentive to residents. Food is way better than expected and plentiful.Serving staff in dining room are attentive and polite. We have had a great experience with both your organization and Elison. My mother in law is happy with her apartment, the food is good, staff is so helpful and nice.
The whole complex is well cared for. Friendly staff. I’m impressed with the food and menu choices. The only negative is lack of choices for shopping. Currently, other than doctor’s appointments they only take residents to one location which is Publix a couple blocks away.
There patience and willingness to help my father and keep him happy and based on the experience we have had, we would recommend them to other families.
I felt safe and cared for from day one. The front staff of [name removed] are endlessly kind and caring, must be something in the genes. At the front desk, [name removed] greets us smiling. I was scheduled for a new housekeeper one day so stripped the bed and popped the sheets into the wash. Confusion occurred when no housekeeper arrived, and I was unable to make the bed. My mom is happy a wonderful experience. She is busy with friends there and when I come to visit I can be the son again. I eat there often with her and it is a great social occasion with excellent food.
The staff is very professional and friendly. The housekeeping is excellent, the apartment is cleaned once a week and they also do the laundry in the washer and dryer that is in the apartment. Communication with the family is excellent. The move in experience, it was okay with the help of the staff. The meals are of good quality and are served in a very nice dinning room. I would recommend this facility 100%.
I would recommend. The community is fine and I picked it because of location,demographics,and price.
Rooms were much too small especially the kitchen. We could not be happy in this place. The food that was given to us was very good and tasty and the people were very nice.
