My loved one loves it there. Everybody is friendly. I'm very impressed with them. The building is a little older, and they could paint and redo some things. But don't let that make up your mind. They make up for it with everything else they offer there. It's very clean, and that's one of the things that attracted me there. It's a family environment. From the maid to the management, they're all like family. I definitely feel like we get our money's worth.

Community was clean and luncheon was excellent as food was fresh. The community is isolated and right next to a highway. First apartment shown looked out on concrete wall which was horrible. If there are dedicated rooms for gym/crafts/events - I was not shown them. Library was small. Apartments seemed very small even though sq. ft. is supposed to be large. Did not seem a very lively place.

My uncle had a great experience in this community. We always had the support from their staff, and communication was excellent.

The maintenance guys are really good at helping the residents. It is a very good place. My loved one enjoys being there. The food is enjoyed by them. It is a good place for them to be. The corporate staff has sent emails about the pandemic to me and any updates, the communication is there when it is needed.

I can’t recommend Embark enough. My dad lived there for a year or so. I live in New York so the distance was difficult given his mental illness. He’s very independent but also needs a lot of care when he’s symptomatic. The staff at Embark went above and beyond for my dad and did what they could to help manage his mental illness. My Dad stayed at the Embark, Lake Worth and he liked it very much. I visited him and found the staff very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend the Embark for someone who is still independent and does not need assisted living!

I've lived at Embark for five years and have made some wonderful friends and memories. The director has gone above and beyond to help me throughout the years. It is a very friendly atmosphere!

Just wanted to take a minute to let you know that finding and helping move my parents into Embarq was one of the best things I've ever done. We all appreciate the challenges you face (even before COVID) to try and keep a large "family" of residents happy.
