I am so sorry to read these bad reviews. I was planning on calling them this week for a reservation for my 2 babies but after reading these I am feeling like I need to reconsider. I will say that I have boarded my dogs there several times and other than a few glitches with the video situation I did not have any issues. The staff was friendly and helpful. We have taken our Lab to Elite Suites from the time they opened in Rockwall. We have boarded her overnight and also we take her to doggie day care often. She always gets very excited when we take her. She has never had any problems and comes home happy and exhausted from playing. We have watched her on the live web cam and she seem content and relaxed.

I would never leave my beloved pooch anywhere but Elite Suites. He loves going there for daycare as well as boarding, barks excitedly and wags his tail as soon as I pull into the parking lot ! My dog is part of my family so only the best will do and Elite Suites rocks! The new location in Rockwall is close and the facility is gorgeous! I've always found the management and staff to be knowledgeable and friendly. The retail stuff they have for sale as well as the bakery treats are AMAZING!
I have boarded my dogs over several years here on and off and I can tell you it has deteriorated terribly!! I boarded my shih tzu and pom-shih here in September for 5 days, only to come home from our trip a day early to find two very dirty, neglected dogs. My pom-shih has the most beautiful full coat and apparently he had some diarrhea ( probably from stress) that was caked and dried on his coat that had been there for several days. We have been a customer of this facility since it opened and they were wonderful. Last October I learned, my go to place, had my dogs "red flagged," because I never allowed them to be in day care with a bunch of dogs. So they made the exception. I booked well in advance for another future date and now my 12 year old dog is too old. This is a breed known to live for up to 18 years with zero health issues. Horrendous customer service! We have taken our female lab dogs here for a couple years neither of them are fixed as we are planning to breed them. Elite is fully aware of our dogs not being fixed or they are "intact" as they call it. We have boarded them there before when one of the girls was in heat and there were now challenges. We always request they don't have time with other dogs as they are sweet and other dogs there can be aggressive. Also, we don't want an accidental pregnancy. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this place. These people moved my fur baby to another kennel while she was boarding there and never notified me about it. I had to contact them so that they would give me access to the new webcam. They also never told me the reason why she was moved. The lady I spoke with on the phone simply said that she didn't know. I boarded my dog 2 weeks ago and over the period of time of having him home, he has developed 3 ringworms. They need to clean and sanitize better. I though I selected the best around to care for my dog, not for him to come home contiguous. Very disappointed.

Don't bother sending treats, staff will forget to give them. Don't bother sending in paperwork, staff will forget to enter into system. My dogs had to wait until 9:00 AM to be taken out while I had been watching them being up since 6:00 AM.
