Extremely disappointed with the facility. They lost our dog and didn't notify us until almost 20 hours later. They said they had called both the primary and secondary numbers but neither one of those phones had any record of a call from them. We were told our dog dug out under a cinder block wall. Our dog is not a digger and certainly not able to dig under a block wall. We were told our dog was wandering around the area but when the workers tried to get her she would run away from them!! Elite Suites in Rockwall/Heath just lost my family's dog. They contacted us way after they knew she had been missing. She has been missing since last night and we just found out about it hours ago. They let her and a group of dogs outside and did not watch them closely enough or inspect their yard good enough to make sure that any holes or openings in their yard were patched and she escaped through one of them. Booked my dogs two months in advance for drop off at 7 am for a premium suite with camera, daycare out of their kennel everyday, special cookie every night before bed, pictures and updates daily. Brought their own big beds and food bowls and toys. Got there at 7am for drop off, staff not there till 8 am. They said it was a miscommunication. My dogs weren't given their beds until I called and texted to ask why their beds and toys weren't in their kennel with them. Hours after drop off the dogs were still in their kennel. C... read more

Booking issues (desk staff unqualified), the inability to keep quality groomers on staff, sick pet after 3 stay overs, poor management and declining storefront appearance have caused me to break company with Elite Suites after 15 plus years. I arrived yesterday for a grooming appointment that was booked in May only to be told, "somehow your appointment got cancelled." I wouldn't even give 1 star but had no choice. I brought my beautiful Australian shepherd here for grooming, said I want a summer cut and showed the groomer and text a photo of a dog that looked just like mine so they could see how to trim him. I even said do not shave my dog it's not healthy he has an undercoat, just a shorter summer cut. Their paperwork they gave me and I signed even warns about shaving dogs. They tell me he's ready take my money and then bring my dog out and I wanted to cry, the groomer shaved him!!! I d... read more

I write this review with a heavy heart. I boarded my 2 dogs in a luxury suite for 5 nights and will never take them to this facility again. I tried an overnight stay ahead of time for 1 night and did a tour of the facility before that. Everything seemed ok so I felt like they would be ok for a longer stay. The first problem I had was my reservation was confirmed for 7am drop off and I had to be at the airport by 8:30 am. The staff did not show up until 7:50am and told me they open at 8am on Saturday. This review is about grooming only. We have not used the other services. This is the second time we have had our dog groomed. The first time the cut was just ok but we figured the groomer would have a learning curve. This time we look written instructions and pictures. The groomer assured us "her" book was the same. Our 2 year old bouvier looks like a poodle with a terrier face. Needless to say we are not going back and the dog is being cut all one length so her coat can grow back. I have been taking my 3 dogs here for grooming for YEARS. My experience with the staff has always been positive and I've always felt comfortable dropping them off. However, today was a terrible experience. I followed the instructions by texting my name and parking spot and saw a staff member look out the window and then walk away. 15 minutes later, the same employee came out to my car and asked me if I was there for an appointment (why else would I be sitting in their parking lot with 2 dogs in the backseat???).
