This place sucks! They always have high turnover in personnel. The groomer is wonderful! My wife tried to get them to groom our dogs after we get home from a wedding in November. We had hade reservations for 6 days my wife spoke to the 5th front deck person who would not let my wife talk to the groomer. The owner then gets on the phone and says the she is his employee and he will set her hours, my wife told him that he runs a terrible business he yelled and told that she is not grooming our dogs and we can take our busi... read more

However, when your wife requested that our groomers come in on their off days, I explained that that would not be possible. Worst boarding experience I've ever had, do not use this facility. The owner could not be any more unprofessional. He got in a screaming match and used some very inappropriate language towards me. My dogs were split up when they were supposed to be put together, they did not tell us until drop off (at which point it was too late to find them another facility). When your significant other called us to make the reservation, we explained in detail that since your pets did not live in the same household, we would not board them together. It is our policy to not allow them to board in the same suite, since they can sometimes act very differently in new surroundings.
