I think it's important to set realistic expectations and remember that you put agents in a very compromising position when we have to relate what you told us and the only reason is b/c the lender said so. Also....when things are GREAT....PERFECT and then at the last minute there is a problem ...that is not acceptable.

If you want an easy loan processing experience, use Elizabeth Hole of Van Dyk mortgage!
