I had an overall very good experience with VanDyk. Communication was slow at some times, but always with reason and that can be understood. I felt that I could have gotten a better rate if more of my most recent credit history was used, but I guess that may just come with the territory of being in the process of looking for a house for over five months. Very Grateful to Elizabeth for explaining everything that I have asked for, as well as being very succinct and straightforward.
