Lovely experience for two 9wk old kittens. No trauma was a good outcome and lm sure when they return for their second round of jabs they won't be too freaked out fingers crossed

Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly reception staff. They were able to answer all my enquiries. On the couple of questions they weren’t sure on, they found out and got back to me straight away. Made by transfer from my old vets extremely easy and painless experience. Got my first actual appointment for my dog on Tuesday. But I’m sure I won’t be disappointed.

The staff were incredibly kind—they answered the phone at 1:30 AM when my kitten suddenly had one eye completely closed, and I was terrified. They accommodated me quickly, and despite being on the pricier side, I’m definitely going to rely on their help from now on.
