Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly reception staff. They were able to answer all my enquiries. On the couple of questions they weren’t sure on, they found out and got back to me straight away. Made by transfer from my old vets extremely easy and painless experience. Got my first actual appointment for my dog on Tuesday. But I’m sure I won’t be disappointed.
My request was for a repeat prescription and it was handled efficiently and speedily.
The staff were incredibly kind—they answered the phone at 1:30 AM when my kitten suddenly had one eye completely closed, and I was terrified. They accommodated me quickly, and despite being on the pricier side, I’m definitely going to rely on their help from now on.
This Vet practice is wonderful. They saw my sick dog straight away and took such good care of him. The fact that it is open 24/7 is incredible. Thankyou to all the staff from a very grateful dog and owner.
Friendly, welcoming and very helpful
Looked after Mercury superbly. Super fast appointment in an emergency and treated him back to health and very helpful on the next steps and monitoring. Thank you to Jenny and the team.

Avoid this vet at all cost, this is a long sad story, I leave a summary. DON’T USE ELIZABETH STREET VET. They are fake and disturbing, their staff especially Szymon Gadja take pleasure is maiming exotic animals. Meanwhile the rest of vet's and nurse smirked and look at the pet owners as if they are stupid. We take our precious sentimental pet chinchilla to get some oxygen, as he wasn't on his best, although he was running around and fine. All Chinchilla has respiratory problems.
