The staff were incredibly kind—they answered the phone at 1:30 AM when my kitten suddenly had one eye completely closed, and I was terrified. They accommodated me quickly, and despite being on the pricier side, I’m definitely going to rely on their help from now on.

IM SO ANNOYED APART OF A CHARITY THEY WERE TAKING IN TWO STRAY CATS AND ONE ESCAPED IN LONDON AND NOW IF IM BEING REAL ITS DEAD THERE ARE CARS THERE ARE JUST IM JUST HONESTLY NEVER GO UNLESS YOU WANT DEAD ANIMALS OR LOST ONES
Shell-shocked / Very disappointing experience!!! When my cat developed vomiting and constipation, I was repeatedly asked to bring her back for consultations (a couple of times a week)– even when nothing was changing– just to prescribe the same medication again. Each visit required payment, despite consultations sometimes lasting less than 10 minutes. Insurance handling was extremely poor-worse experience ever.
