Avoid this vet at all cost, this is a long sad story, I leave a summary. DON’T USE ELIZABETH STREET VET. They are fake and disturbing, their staff especially Szymon Gadja take pleasure is maiming exotic animals. Meanwhile the rest of vet's and nurse smirked and look at the pet owners as if they are stupid. We take our precious sentimental pet chinchilla to get some oxygen, as he wasn't on his best, although he was running around and fine. All Chinchilla has respiratory problems. My appointment was at 3:00 pm I had to wait 30 mint to to be received by the vet The Vet did not know what was my dog's problem so my dog's problem was not resolved
