Shell-shocked / Very disappointing experience!!! When my cat developed vomiting and constipation, I was repeatedly asked to bring her back for consultations (a couple of times a week)– even when nothing was changing– just to prescribe the same medication again. Each visit required payment, despite consultations sometimes lasting less than 10 minutes. Insurance handling was extremely poor-worse experience ever. Avoid this vet at all cost, this is a long sad story, I leave a summary. DON’T USE ELIZABETH STREET VET. They are fake and disturbing, their staff especially Szymon Gadja take pleasure is maiming exotic animals. Meanwhile the rest of vet's and nurse smirked and look at the pet owners as if they are stupid. My appointment was at 3:00 pm I had to wait 30 mint to to be received by the vet The Vet did not know what was my dog's problem so my dog's problem was not resolved
