Ellen and her team were fast, polite, and professional from start to finish. They helped us get a good rate in a challenging environment and helped us get to closing quickly. They were also responsive and gracious throughout. I had a great experience with Ellen and her team.
Better communication throughout the loan process. Helping the client pick a home insurance (if the one they got is too much) instead of picking one for the client. Letting the client know when documents were sitting in email for awhile, since not in email all the time. Going through the paperwork over the phone with the client.

People in this part of Texas do not take care of Business. Very disappointing! From the builder to the lender and even the title company!!!

Very friendly and competent staff. They met our requirements to close within a month. Will use them again if needed.
Our only problem was with the continual request for more documentation. It would have been much easier if all the requirements had been made at one time, rather than strung out over weeks. Also, we stated at the beginning we would pay our own taxes and insurance, but at closing we were told we must set up an escrow account for those expenses. Closing would have gone much more smoothly had this been handles correctly.
You guys were AWESOME. I had to come up with a new lender because the one I was using kept asking for more and more docs at the last moment. I reached out to Ellen and her and her team came in to save the day. I was in clear to close within 8 business days and was able to close on time. The service provided by Team Schuler was EXCEPTIONAL! We closed on Halloween and we were welcomed by a Cornerstone representative at closing who was dressed like Elle Woods.
