The movie played for about 15 minutes with NO picture, only sound. After asking 3 times to see a manager, the picture came on but they would NOT play it from the beginning! Got a refund! Never going back!!

The mens bathroom in this place is gross. I would welcome the owner to go in and stand at the urinal with his expensive shoes. He would be permanently stuck to the floor. This is the standard for this place. Have your staff clean the restrooms every couple of hours. If this is a "high end" theatre hand out shoe covers at the entrance of the bathroom.

poor service.... the ticket counter help was a knowledgeable. the concession stand help was inept. they never brought us the food that we had ordered, had to go get a refund Midway through the movie. I will have to say that Emagine Birmingham is subpar to the service and quality of other Emagine theaters in our area.

This theater blows, the only good thing is the reclining seats and the movie I saw... except the fact that you recline and are basically snuggling with a stranger, so that’s weird. The rest of theater was empty yet I was assigned next to people. My slushee was watery too. They should have just left this theater closed. Boo 👎🏼

We went to see the Quiet Place it was in the screening room which we have never been to. This was not a good experience. Our television at home was larger than the movie screen and the rows felt too crowded for such a small room. I don’t recommend this room at all. Also we got a small popcorn which spilt when we sat down. Did not realize there were not any refills on a small popcorn. The attendant failed to tell us that because we would have surely spent an extra dollar for a medium to get free refills. I will return but ... read more

Movie , Black Panther was great , but customer service kinda suck. Bought tickets online, system errored, charging me twice, spoke with costumer service, left message and sent email for refund or credit, second day waiting , still no response. ���

We typically enjoy Paladium, but yesterday we went for The Greatest Showman. I knew it was in the private screening room, but expected a better experience for a $4 extra charge per ticket. But no, the rows are tighter together, no stadium seeting. The screen is smaller than my friends backyard screen, and only slightly larger than his basement screen. Also for the first time ever, the bar area was crowded and the guy running the bar didn't seem equipped to handle it. It took far to long to get a glass of wine. For a Sat... read more

Popcorn is always horrible! Need fresh good popcorn for the amount of money we spend there. Popcorn should be fresh at all times
