Popcorn is always horrible! Need fresh good popcorn for the amount of money we spend there. Popcorn should be fresh at all times
Don't go if you're in theater 6. It's not a theater, it's just a room with a mini screen. If you tilt your seats back you can't see half the screen. It's not stadium seating, the rows didn't have letters or numbers for your seats. It's what one would call a guessing game for finding your "seats". The person I talked to said that that room is a private screening room for parties. However, since Star Wars came out, and they were able to sell tickets for it then, they decided to call it a "normal" theater to sell more tickets. ... read more

We were in their newest theater, The Woodward Room. When we walked in there it was pitch black. My husband found the light switch to turn on. He also had to turn it off when the movie started. The floor is flat, doesn't get higher the further back you sit. That means that if the seat in front of you isn't reclined you can't see the bottom foot or 2 of the screen. I wouldn't want to go there again. Not a great experience.
The experience was awful. We pre-bought tickets on Tuesday for a 1:45 Saturday show. When we arrived at the theater at 1:00 we learned the theater our movie was supposed to be in had been rented out and we had to switch theaters. It took them until 1:45 to figure out the situation. Our party ended up being split up and could not sit together. This was the whole reason we pre- bought tickets!

Family bought (reserved) 23 seats for all of us to celebrate a birthday. We drove from Lansing only to find out that we were not in the theater we purchased. We were now in a different theater with different seats. We had 10 kids, and now had 4 different rows spaced out. That makes it hard to share popcorn. What was the point of us picking our seats.

10 am Beauty and the Beast was the most mismanaged situation I have ever been apart of. After an emergency evacuation- we waited for an hour only to be told they couldn't let us stay because it would screw up the rest of the day. Then after an hour (with no one ever addressing the theatre) wanted everyone to wait in another hour long line for refunds? With disappointed little kids? No thanks!
