My wife and finally decided to try the Dinner and a Movie (it always looks like a great spread). The theatre and concessions themselves are unparalleled. Always clean, comfortable. The staff go above and beyond normal service and do a great job. We'd rate the theatre and staff 5 out of 5. Dinner and a Movie, not so much. It's funny how everyone talks about the seats and convenience (food wise), but not much else when it comes to Emagine theatres. As for the Birmingham location goes, I was completely underwhelmed. Weird entrance (elevators not clearly marked) and parking suck. Great seats? Sure. Blah freakin' blah. What matters to me much more than seating, is customer service. It took nearly 20 minutes in line with only ONE family of 3 in front of me. Why?!? Because there is only one cash line, that's why. What kind of shit is that? D... read more
Birmingham has a real bad gang problem.....its just not safe there anymore
Awesome environment but film selection is limited and sad.
