10 am Beauty and the Beast was the most mismanaged situation I have ever been apart of. After an emergency evacuation- we waited for an hour only to be told they couldn't let us stay because it would screw up the rest of the day. Then after an hour (with no one ever addressing the theatre) wanted everyone to wait in another hour long line for refunds? With disappointed little kids? No thanks!
Joined as a Premier member ($350). Restaurant has been revamped 3 times - in 14 months. Last time we went to eat before a movie they were ONLY serving pizza (meh) and frozen chicken fingers (thanksgiving eve movie) Twice the film has broken and we had to leave. I have never had this happen before in other theaters. Twice?! Popcorn- caramel corn please. "Sorry lady, I didn't have time to make any today". Next visit ~ mix the cheese and caramel please. Broken projector for Sing so broken hearts of kids and scrambling to go to another theater for the parents. Not a foreseeable problem but still not fun experience.
I saw Rogue One yesyerday and did the 'Breakfast and a Movie' -- The theatre experience and staff are 5 stars -- the food was a generous 2. And while it may seem like a nit pick, it would be great to bring back the steps/escalator that was there before -- the elevator took forever.

I've never been treated by such disrespect I came here for a Christmas party the bartender was so rude and so disrespectful i will never return to another one of this theaters because of it I walked out and didn't even wacth the movie I came to see because of this he was serving around 745
There is a railing (bar) that really is in your line of sight and is very distracting. Should sit closer to screen they say but I don't care for that...

My wife and finally decided to try the Dinner and a Movie (it always looks like a great spread). The theatre and concessions themselves are unparalleled. Always clean, comfortable. The staff go above and beyond normal service and do a great job. We'd rate the theatre and staff 5 out of 5. Dinner and a Movie, not so much.
