I ordered my wood stove form these guys, was delivered but it would not fit and had to send it back,( my fault for not Measuring ) Long story short they worked with me through the process of returning it and sending me new one that fit. these guys are the greatest, CHAD, TREVER AND NOEL I'd recommend buying from them to my mother. These guys are fantastic, I got a great fireplace delivered and they worked with me to resolve all shipping issues. If you need a fireplace I strongly encourage you to buy from them and hire a handyman to install over going to one of those hideously overpriced fireplace stores
I needed a piece of glass to replace a window on my Vermont Castings wood stove. I spoke with several people at Embers, and all were friendly and most helpful. The glass has been replaced, and I am grateful!
Recently purchased the napoleon clearion dual side fireplace. Arrived unharmed to me. There was some logistics issues but they were open and honest with me which is very important as things happen.
When we found our free standing wood stove we had a certain price that we could afford. I decided to use their chat feature and spoke with one of the salesmen. He was totally willing to work with me on the price if I was willing to work with him on the pick up location. We struck a deal and it was super smooth sailing!
