RecommendedRecently purchased the napoleon clearion dual side fireplace. Arrived unharmed to me. There was some logistics issues but they were open and honest with me which is very important as things happen.

He was totally willing to work with me on the price if I was willing to work with him on the pick up location. We struck a deal and it was super smooth sailing!

The owner is a great guy and will take the time to explain the products and which ones fit your needs. I always try and support the mom & pop shops over the huge companies. It is beautiful and puts out great warmth throughout our home. The guys from Embers did a great job in suggesting the right insert for our home. Recommend them and their products highly (have also purchased a gas grill and Traeger smoker from them as well)
