I first discovered Embers fireplaces on YouTube as I was researching 100” electric fireplaces. The staff in the videos seemed very professional and honest so I called them to ask a few questions. I spoke with Felix and he was incredibly knowledgeable and very professional. Trevor was very helpul, fireplace arrived undamaged and complete. Price was very good too! They seemed to be very knowledgeable with their products! Shipped all the way to TX! Any questions i had durring install, i txt trevor n he would respond same dsy with in a hr or so. Good buisness and will recommend to other builders!
