Very helpful when ordering. Fast Shipping. Knowledgeable staff! What really surprised me was a followup call after the sale to see if I was satisfied. Not to many businesses have that type of customer service anymore.
One problem after another with this unit that was sold to me. Purchased an Amantii Symmetry Bespoke XT 74" fireplace. Broke within the first week out the box. Embers & Outdoor Living would not replace the unit they just wanted to send replacement parts which did not fix the issues. The company that manufactured the unit Amantii refuses to honor their warranty. The unit turns on randomly and now the LED is malfunctioning. Do not buy from this manufacture or distributor. I mean I spent $4,400 for a unit that I can't use.

It has been 2 years and 2 fireplaces & 30k later and we still do not have a working fireplace. We purchased a heat & glo via online website and no one will work on it. It gets so hot and runs so loud that we can not even use it. Just a big black hole in the wall!😔
Called three different times today to talk to an answering machine. Finally when I got a hold of someone they said they call me right back. They never did so I guess we’ll go elsewhere. Great videos though very informative.

This is a long story so I apologize in advance. I bought my house at the end of August. Shortly after closing I started to look for a new Grill and a new smoker. After some searching around, I found Embers on 108th in Westminster. I went down there and met the owner who helped me pick a new grill and a new Kamado Joe egg for a smoker. They clearly cannot abide by the law. A no soliciting sign won’t stop them. Even it’s is 16x20. Took pictures of the trash they left in my door today so I can file a complaint. Don’t go to them. They clearly can’t respect rules or laws.
