Get directionsThis is the best animal hospital I have ever been to. I unexpectedly had to put my dog down and the staff was the sweetest, most supportive group ever. They made this hard time as smooth as possible. They truly care about you and your fur child. Not only did they comfort us that night, but a week after, they sent a card in the mail. It gets better, this morning my doorbell rang and I had a flower delivery. It has been one month since my dog died, and they decided to send me flowers today. My heart is so warm❤️ this place and... read more
I had to take my puppy in tonight because he got ahold of a silicone packing packet..... they were the absolute best! They were so nice and very fast! Thank God my little one was ok! Thanks again!
There are no words to describe the incredible level of care here. I unfortunately rushed in with my puppy that had a caffeine toxicity. She was fairly critical upon arrival, and the staff did such a great job getting my baby back quickly. They were efficient, super sweet and very accommodating. We all hope that our dogs don’t need emergency care, but I would definitely come back here if they did. Thank you Dr. Hoyt and Dr. Rainey for going above and beyond for my pup!
Business response:
Thank you for the kind words Carson! "Lady" was an excellent patient and we were so happy to see her going home in such great spirits! I'll be sure to pass along the kind words to the team. Have a Happy Halloween!
The staff is truly compassionate. My Athena had to stay the night. They assign one person to watch your dog. I wholeheartedly recommend Collin County Animal Hospital without reservation. Athena was in the best care possible. TY!
We rushed our dog in on Sunday after he was bitten by a copperhead snake. From first being greeted by Jasmine to seeing the Vet, Dr. Gillard, we were treated with respect and empathy. Our dog was given amazing care. The entire staff that treated my dog were wonderful. I really appreciate the care and compassion that they exhibited. He was treated with anti-venom and has recovered fully. Thank you guys for being there for us!
We just brought in Tracker who ate a 4 inch steak bone. after evaluation, they gave us instructions and sent him home. NO CHARGE. The whole staff was great!!!! We never want to go to a emergency animal hospital ever again but if we have to, these Professionals were awesome
Excellent care from the minute we stepped through the front door. Doctors Severidt and Yager were the best. They explained the complicated diagnosis and gave us our treatment options. Very loving and professional. Jasmine and Miranda at the front desk were very kind and caring and kept us informed. Techs Diego and Christine gave our Maggie the best care. They were very kind and caring and patient. They let us see Maggie before we left and let us bring in her bed to make her more comfortable. We have been here before and feel... read more
My 15 year old Dachshund had emergency anaphylactic shock (we think)..my husband was home with her, scooped her up, rushed her here for care. in the process, he forgot his cell phone, and in this day and age, we dont know phone numbers by heart, however, the staff gathered their resources, made some calls, and eventually found my phone number and tracked me down so I could meet him here at the hospital. The compassion they've shown us is extraordinary! We're still waiting to see if my baby pulls through, but I wanted to shar... read more
