So many thanks to the wonderful staff here. Firstly, Lola is very thankful to Elissa for her patience and guidance. Secondly, thanks to Alex and April for answering all questions and showing such kindness. Lastly, to Dr. Rainey, who cared for, treated, explained, and showed enormous patience, especially for a weekend! Thanks to you all, and those I may have missed. You all are truly the guardian angels of our fur kids! Warmest regards, Lola and Deb
I am so appreciative of Dr. Murry and the staff here. My dog was running a fever and had somewhat vague symptoms. Dr. Murry was thorough and checked things that weren’t “obvious”. Because of this, we believe my dog has polyarthritis. I truly believe that if I had not taken my dog to the ER this night, this may not have ever been caught since it is such a rare condition. Because of the team here being so thorough, we now can better care for our sweet pup. I’m so thankful for the staff keeping me updated, encouraging me to ca... read more
They took such great care of my sweet dog Bella! She was kept overnight and they called with updates throughout. Such kind staff and when I picked her up she had a cute red bandanna on! Highly recommend Dr Yager and her wonderful staff!
The hospital was very busy last Monday night, but the staff was so calm, kind, patient, and gentle with me. As we pulled up to the ER, I felt my dog pass away in my arms in my lap. I was devastated, heartbroken, and a total hot mess. Denise was so gentle with me and did not rush or hurry me when it was time to say my final goodbyes to my dog in the room. This is a place that truly treated me like family on one of the worst nights of my life and I am so grateful!!
Excellent experience overall. Entire staff was extremely kind and caring. Busy animal hospital, but very well organized (especially while handling things during COVID-19 restrictions). All cost estimates were explained up front and we were immediately informed via phone with any updates after examinations, tests, etc. I highly recommend this facility.
Took one of our pups here on Friday night and they were very busy but everyone was extremely sweet and quick and took great care of him! This morning, two days later, we got a call from the vet checking in on how his recovery was going! We loved that! Definitely recommend ❤️
This is an amazing team of caring professionals doing incredible work. They went above and beyond to make a tremendous difference for my mom and her dog. Our entire family is so grateful for their skill, care, generosity, and professionalism. Highly recommend this special place.
Exceptional care. Front desk, technician and Vet all went above and above. I can’t praise the entire staff enough 💪🏼
