Get directionsI took my pups in at midnight when one was throwing up after eating Advil. I was so scared to leave them but they let me see them before our good yes. Anytime I called they let me know how they were doing and were really specific which made me feel a lot more comfortable. Plus the doctor came and spoke to me about everything they would be doing and the specifics plus offered some other options because it was going to be expensive. I went with the full treatment because I didn’t want to risk skimping and the pups get hurt. I ... read more
What a special, caring Animal Hospital. Every member of the staff is exceptionally knowledgeable and caring. They keep you updated along the way. We give them the highest rating possible, and thank them abundantly for all the care they gave our sweet Buddy. 💕💕💕💕
It was difficult with COVID and not being able to go inside, but the communication was great and they even followed up twice after we were home. The staff genuinely cares for these animals and it shows.
My visit was good , Staff Was Good And attending to my dog very quickly but some people need to work on their communication skills , after I handed over my dog , one employee came back out to my car and said “ btw if Sammy goes into cardiac Arrest do you want us to save him ?....... Me: obviously why? Him: I mean not that he’s not fine right now but just Incase he does , < he should’ve started with he’s okay but if something happens
Very caring staff. They had to keep my dog overnight for fluids and medicine drip and once he was deemed healthy they discharged him to me early and saved me $500. Emergency vets are always expensive but I don’t feel that this business adds any unnecessary charges if they don’t think it’s in the animals best interest. Wonderful vets, if I ever need another animal hospital I will be back.
Friendly and understanding staff. Thank you for being open and taking care of our pet.
I have a 1 yr Female Rhodesian Ridgeback . Who was bitten by a copperhead today. I called The emergency animal hospital of Collin county and spoke to Michelle. She was so nice and helpful. told us to come right in and they would see my dog Luna . With the COVID-19 going on I was worried we wouldn’t be seen or the clinic would be close. Luckily they are open! And taking all precautionary steps to ensure customers they are being safe for both themselves and us and still taking good care of our pets.
Prompt, thorough, friendly. Our Pitt Bull puppy is alive and well. He was treated and released to us with instructions and the stuff we needed for home care. He bounced back in a great and adorable way.
I want to extend a very big “thank you” to the staff for taking care of my 16 yr-old, senior dog Rocco tonight. Specifically, I want to put the spotlight on Lorie, the vet tech who helped me tremendously. She spent a long time listening and explaining things, and never once made me feel that I was being rushed. All that and these folks have to also deal with COVID-19 making their jobs even harder. Many, many thanks.
