Chad came to the house and evaluated our space. He was honest and his estimates were accurate. He sent off mold samples to the lab in North Carolina and was prompt in providing me the results. His crew was professional and effective. They worked quickly and did a GREAT job. This is an honest, hard-working company. I recommend them to anyone needing their service.

Scheduling and actual performance went very well. We were told they would provide and discuss the results with us the following week. We had to contact them twice to get the results and were told to contact them if we had any questions after that. <br />

<p>Needed an air quality evaluation due to medical problems. Chad from Restoration Services came by the day after we contacted them. He did a whole house visual inspection, and took many air samples. These sample were then sent to a lab to be analyzed. Restoration Services then provided a full and detailed report of what was found. Restoration Services folks were very friendly and absolutely professional. I would use them again.</p> <br />

We were unable to agree on a time for the work. The holidays played a part in the scheduling issues.
I was renting a house that we thought had mold. After I scheduled the mold appointment, the realty company decided to move me into a different place. So the mold inspection was not needed. Angie's List was great with refunding the deal and the mold company, Emergency Restoration Services, was great with cancelling the appointment, refunding the money, etc.
They were able to schedule me quickly, were friendly on the phone, Chad was very informative and he waived his service call fee since we had work performed by the company he recommended. I also felt as if I could trust him since he told me about services that he could perform if I wanted but that they were not necessary. It was nice to know my options but not be taken advantage of!

Chad came out to do a mold and water inspection for a leaking window issue we had after a recent rainstorm. He was thorough and professional and ran three different tests. He went the extra mile to educate us on his opinion of the window leak issue. He confirmed no mold or water behind the wall so our services ended there.
