Was the best 2 weeks of rehabilitation no guests and families there because of the virus and so was able to concentrate on rehabilitation And a quick mention rehab and ot personal are absolutely engaging in your treatment. Hats off to Jason, Kim,Malissa,and shame she's married Elizabeth Overall experience was well beyond expectations Should rate 10 stars

I had a fantastic stay! I walked out of the rehabilitation Hospital after being wheeled into the facility. The therapist were excellent and taught me great safety tragedies to improve my safety. The hospital was very clean and all the staff went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. The food was excellent for hospital food :-). Thank you Dr. Desamour and Dr. Clark/Dr. Liu for taking excellent care of me. I appreciate the entire Rehab team you guys really love what you do!

I had a fantastic stay! I walked out of the rehabilitation Hospital after being wheeled into the facility. The therapist were excellent and taught me great safety tragedies to improve my safety. This place is THE BEST! It's the absolute best you can get in a rehabilitation center. It looks like a hospital inside and is very clean and organized! My dad was in the hospital for 4 months and needed a lot of therapy to get his strength back. When he got to HealthSouth they immediately got him into their therapy program. I absolutely love their therapists and all of their staff. They are very attentive and take very good care of your loved ones. They work very hard to meet all family requests and requirements. What do you need to do in order for loved ones to get great care. Why does everyone seem to believe that missing the attention to details of health care is even remotely acceptable? Why can't people communicate? Why does the left hand and right hand not know what the other is doing? I am willing to accept that nothing can be completely perfect all the time, but to skip meals because people didn't communicate between departments is ridiculous. On February 7, 2025 my father was transported from the VA hospital to Encompass Health for rehab to make him stronger so he wouldn't fall at home. When i visited him on the 8th I was so surprised to see the neglect exhibited. No one was responding to calls for help. A woman called me from her room to ask if anyone was there.
