My Grandmother died there this weekend and the fact that my last moments with her involved the stress caused by lack of care is more heartbreaking than the loss. She was immobile and needed to relieve herself and I stood at the nurses' station for so long after noticing nobody would answer the nurse call button I had pressed four times. i wish i could give this place 0 stars. if you care about your loved ones DO NOT LET THEM GO HERE !! the bed side manner is terrible and they'll let the call bells just ring for different room. they move at the pace of snails and do not care, they do not clean the rooms and all of the nurses have nasty attitudes. find another place. this is not the one, the lady next to my dad has been here for a week and has seen no improvement what so ever! these people don't care and they can't even get the food right for someone that is ... read more

THIS IS A HOUSE OF HORRORS. If I could give this place zero stars I would. My mother was sent here after having reconstructive surgery on her back, she is also paralyzed and has to utilize a wheelchair. The nursing staff is subpar to say the least. My mother would hit the call button for assistance and it would take over 45 minutes for anyone to even come check to see what she may have needed. This facility is an Aggressive Rehab. You are better off going to an outpatient rehab. It takes an hour or so to respond to light call only to find the tech sitting down in the nursing station texting on her phone. The nurse Annie is extremely unprofessional and rude. Do not take your loved ones here.

My dad went to the rehab hospital, it was very clean and the receptionist during the week was outstanding and the facility should recognize her as their are not many like her in the industry. I cannot say that the experience with case management and nursing were even close to professional, we had to call and connect with case management since the admission, we never heard from them, which is odd as most case managers reach out to family to discuss home environment etc. Poor planning, Dr. Fuentes outstanding!
