If you need medical attention, STAY AWAY!!!!! Nursing staff is good but overwhelmed, rehab folks are ok, Doctor sucks. Try to change my wife's medications without consulting her cardiologist. When they found out my insurance would cover additional time and doctors, they took full advantage. They hold you hostage at dischange. We were suppose to be out at 11 am, doctor ordered more test (said my wife gained 6 pounds and was concerned about fluid, when actually she lost 6 pounds). This is not the worst rehab facility and it is clean and new. The staff seems like they are caring and mean to do as bets they can; however, they are severely understaffed and the upper management is clearly at fault here. Some additional nursing staff and better doctors onboard and this place has the potential to be excellent. My loved one had bilateral knee replacement and the nursing staff was too busy with other patients to bring his pain medications on time leaving large gaps in pain meds which caused unnecessary pain a... read more

Stay away from this place. Their medical staff is so bad they're dangerous. They are a for profit facility, and must hire the the bottom 1% of the med school classes. Their therapist seem fine, and the facility seems to be first rate, but if you or your loved one need real medical attention don't go there.

The facility is beautiful. The therapists were good (but young). The food was meh. Case management was disappointing. My father had a bleeding stroke that left him weak on one side. The cause of the stroke turned out to be cancer that had spread to the brain. Originally, we were told he would only need to stay for 14 days. In that time, he accomplished the one skill he needed to live out the rest of his life and that was to stand and transfer from wheelchair to bed. He was also able to take a few shaky steps with a cane. ... read more

A horrible experience. My wife has been there for a few weeks now. The therapy department is excellent, the medical department is horrific. Last night, she was visibly upset about something they were doing and they completely ignored it. When they left the room she was practically in tears. I have been trying to get her discharged today, but they keep putting up new barriers to her release. All of a sudden they are concerned about something that happened yesterday.
