Everyone at this place is awesome with the exception of Nadine!!! She is a hateful lead nurse. Very rude and has no desire to listen to you as a patient! Other than that this place was great!

I am very impressed the facility team with nursing, rehab , and doctors . My mom stayed there for a week and she was happy and satisfied with everyone. They are very professional, calm, politely, and quick response to my requests and questions. I definitely recommend my friends and others to try out this facility . We really appreciate all for your hardworking.

This facility is very good, all nurses and aids did a great job helping my Mother. The food was good and delivered hot and on time. Any extra care needed was given without hesitation. Therapists were very attentive and helped teach family members how to work with my Mother's needs.

My mother-in-law had hip replacement surgery and had to be placed in a rehab facility. After a horrible experience at another facility, we transferred her to Encompass. The difference was amazing. The staff was skilled, caring and on top of things. The care a facility shows emotionally as well as physically aids in the recovery process. I would highly recommend in Encompass to anyone looking for a rehab facility.

Great place. My 91 year old mother had hip replacement surgery and had to go to a full care rehab facility. One of the top recommendations of rehab facilities was PowerBack and it was awful. We had her transferred after 3 days to Encompass. What a difference this made in her care and attitude. We still made sure someone stayed at night but the staff was exceptional: caring, attentive, friendly and respectful. Recommend this place over any of the places that hospital had on their list of rehabs.
