Do not let your loved ones go here. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Could not get my medicines right. Some nurses did not know how to hook up oxygen right. I have to believe any five star ratings on here were done by the facility. And I worked in this field in similar type facilities for 20 years. I know bad when I see it. I had to forbid one tech not to come in my room because she was so lazy, uncaring and rude. I usually had to get up to the bathroom without assistance because no one came.... read more

Do not take your loved ones here. I won't go into details, but, we did file a complaint, and got a response that basically claimed we didn't do our part as well as we should. Fact is, they are the ones who are supposed to handle patient care, not us. Just because they show us how to do it, doesn't mean we are responsible for doing their job. I know I'll get the standard reply like the rest of you who gave them a bad review. Don't bother, nothing will change my mind about how I feel about their facility. Stay away!!!

I had sepsis and a dr never came and I had to call 911 and ER to the hospital I I screamed for 24 hours. I had my entire back fused and was sent there because of dr care great rehab private room. I get there at 9 at night to a room with a lady screaming all night who spoke no English. The be sheets were stained had a whole and hair. I told them I wasn't sleeping there until they changed thee bedding. Then asked about my room. They gave me adderall at night by mistake and then kept giving me drugs to counter act but it didn... read more

Luckily I went to visit my grandmother who had been at this facility for about a week after a hospital stay. She was not feeling well, had vomited her breakfast at therapy after she told them she needed to go back to her room and they didn't believe her. When I was there, she needed to use the restroom and pressed the call button as her charts in the room clearly indicate she needs assistance in doing so. Do NOT send your loved one here! Mom came to Encompass Rehab in Richardson after hospital stay and they failed miserably with nursing and medical care. She laid in bed all night in feces while continuously pressing the nurse call button, but no one came. She even tried to sit on the side of the bed thinking the bed alarm would go off. The morning nurse came in and the call button was not plugged in and the bed alarm was not set. Mom had trouble breathing and had to request a chest X-ray which determined she had pneumonia.
