Communication between staff and family is seriously lacking While their PT team is effective, their nursing staff contributed to the deterioration of my family member's health by creating situations conducive to skin breakdown and allowed their medical condition to deteriorate as well, simply because they weren't observant enough

From my grandma: Everything was excellent. PT and OT were the shining stars and nursing was excellent. The food was the best I've ever had in a hospital and I would recommend this to anyone. I am very grateful.

My son needed to be in a rehabilitation hospital after brain surgery in February. We chose Encompass as it is very close to home and we had experience when another relative rehabilitated here in 2024. Everything beginning from the intake phone call asking questions in order to tailor a stay that would be perfectly in line with what my son needed after his neurosurgery. We have had an exception experience with this place! My 92 yo mother-in-law took a tumble & needed rehabilitation. This place came highly recommended by her doctor; but my wife, a geriatric RN, being highly protective of her mother as well as fastidious about the care she gets, was a bit more reserved. Now after 1 full week's care & 6 more days to go, I can unequivocally say, we ALL are effusive in our praise of the care Grama's received here as well as the quality & caring diligence every one of her caregivers have shown.... read more

Great staff. Came in around 12am because my son was in a crisis and having trouble breathing. We were in the back being treated in less than 15 minutes. Thank you to all the night shift staff.

Very pleased with care , arrived thru ER, admission process easy,simple,Docs were thorough explaining potential diagnosis and plan of care.Everything done as explained.Have a lot of experience with hospitals in different states as well as Texas and was pleased with the care following established standards.Very ,clean ,quiet, comfortable for visitors. If you show courtesy and respect you make yourself more useful when visiting.Brand new equipment,clean iv poles, clean bathrooms for visitors.My only complaint is the paper towe... read more

Skilled nursing facility. I'm here after a total knee replacement. The right time at the tight place. Excellent care, trained therapists. Individual treatment. Highly social atmosphere, you don't have to feel alone. Excellent food and varried menus. Definitely recommend ffg or you or a lived one!

The care I am receiving here is exemplary! I called my nurse provider and she urged I go to the emergency room immediately. There are a lot of facilities that I could choose, I chose St. Luke's Vintage. From the moment I came in, the emergency room doctor was very attentive as immensely knowledgeable as was the nursing staff. Every Doctor who is coming to see me genuinely cares. I do wish the nursing staff would make more frequent visits though. (I just checked, they are understaffed for techs and axillary personnel.) Their... read more
