Came here bc I was having chest pains as well as pain in my left arm. The woman who took down my information while a tech took my blood pressure was beyond rude. She acted like she could Not have cared less. Was left waiting in the lobby for over 2 hours. I finally got up and left after they wheeled a patient next to me and let her uncontrollably vomit all over the place while they did nothing to help her. If you have an emergency NEVER go here. I went a few days ago and witnessed a girl slide out of her wheel chair passed out. The mother calling for help. Two women came and dragged the girl back into the chair complaining she was not helping them . She was out cold and could not help. It was a horrifying scene. I will never go back there again

Review for Encompass Rehabilitation Ctr. in Tomball off 249; Idk why Yelp is listing it as Chi St. Luke's.. I would not suggest anyone use this "In Patient" Care facility. And, don't ever let them tell you, you are required to stay 24/7 or hire a sitter, if your family member is a fall risk! Or tell you, you can't leave, or your relative will be discharged! Any hospital that lets someone bleed out on their ER floor without being seen is A DISGRACE. You can put wet floor signs around the liters of blood but can't help the kid? Everyone that works here is pathetic. Disgusting.

If I could give a zero, I would. Waited for 4 1/2 hours after wife complained about chest pains. I kept asking for assistance. Apparently she was sick enough to wait but not sick enough to be seen. I asked for a recheck of her vitals and it was not done. We finally left. I spoke with the supervisor. He assured me the wait time for every hospital in the area was long. How could he know that? I was 1 of 4 families who left including a family with a sick baby. I saw more police and security than I saw healthcare providers. If ... read more

The hospital staff is friendly enough, and the care so far seems OK. But this room 4 North is disgusting. Looks like they have not swept in months. Streaks of I don't know what on the back of the door. This is a hospital and should always be kept clean and smelling clean. Smells of urine.

Dear Katie F. Of CHI St. Luke's Health-The Vintage Hospital....Re: my low rating previously posted on Yelp 5/21/19. I made an appointment, was on time for said appointment, but was stood up by your EEG technician. You should be calling ME with an apology. Not ME calling YOU. If your customer service was better someone from your hospital would have called me that day as I was on the way home. No one ever called and now your response is for me to call you. Ridiculous! This is not an emergency room, they only take you if you problem is life threating. My wife entered in extreme pain in her lower side, they did take her and did a CT scan and blood work. Bus told us they didn't see anything and we had to go. Dr. Beel are something like that was really rude and not caring at all, a real witch. Never again. They wheeled her to the car with her screaming in pain.

If I could give a no star I would. Been in the ER for over 5 hours and still haven't been seen only 6 people in the waiting room. Staff is completely rude. Pain level at a 9 and they just walked away. Was told this was a good place to go. If I was dying I still wouldn't come here.
