I have been going to Encore Dental for over 5 years. This morning was one of the best experiences. I did not have a root canal, or any complicated procedure scheduled. This was just a routine teeth cleaning appointment. That may be why I am so happy. However, I must say, I noticed right away that the customer service was on a much higher level. I finally got my modified dentures back today after my previous 3-star review. The dental assistant was very cordial and professional in helping me try them on for the first time. They required a little adjustment by Dr. Deanna Michael and then they felt fine. She checked out the rest of my teeth and recommended care and treatment options going forward. I was seen by this practice in 2016 and I can't say enough about their professionalism and compassion! I called today because my fiancé is suffering has a fever and called around to a number of offices who told him keep taking your antibiotics and will see you on Monday! That's unacceptable and so unkind! This office immediately said of course will see him as they did with me years back. This is the place you want to be and this is the place I will always recommend. I had a new patient appointment this morning and was very pleased with my visit. I saw Dr. Girgis and he took his time explaining ways to help my tooth sensitivity. Kylie was my dental hygienist and was very personable and took her time. Overall my visit was a little over an hour between paperwork, full set of X-rays, cleaning and speaking with the doctor. Would definitely recommend!

I'm happy to say I've never had a bad experience with Encore Dental. I find this practice to be one of the most efficient dental offices I've ever been to and am always amazed at how quickly my appointments go. Yes, they are busy and usually have a few people in the waiting room at one time, however I've never had to wait more than ten minutes for my appointment and am usually out within a half hour or so. I have been here many times before but yesterday honestly the staff and Dr. Deanna stood out as exceptional. I was nervous and the doctor really gave off positive vibes throughout the whole procedure. I have never felt more comfortable. So thank you to everyone who was a part of my visit yesterday =)
