I have not had to use service, as of yet. However, my phone **** ************** was ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!! All of my questions were addressed. I also received extra help regarding the policy. ************** was helpful and very amusing! If the service from Endurance is anything like **************' help, I am in great service hands!!
Started an online application with Endurance and received one phone call from a FANTASTIC rep named *****. She wasn't pushy - just explained the plans that best suited my car and budget and how they would work if I had a claim. She is the reason I chose Endurance - more companies need a *****!

I am renewing my contract and first time around was great. I am staying with endurance as my extended warranty because I'm sure I can depend on them for great service.
