Lots of help from very courteous people when Ive called so far. I am a new customer I received a scam letter about increase in rates just days after I signed up and worry was put to rest on rate increase But still wonder how my info got to this scammer?!??? Concerned about that Also think the line 5 company should be explained at sign up as it was a surprise and disconcerting at first
