Did not send policy for review until 7 days before 30 days grace ******* And that was not until I had emailed and three days later called them. Response was perhaps the policy had gone to my spam folder. Yet the notification for upcoming bill for 5 May payment arrived to my email inbox.The sales representative who took my call for the policy was superb.
