The customer ********************** for ********************** is always helpful and friendly when I call. The only issue I had was when trying to get my ac fixed and the mechanics and endurance weren't communicating between each other. I did have to call the mechanics and then do a 3 way call with the mechanics and endurance in which they asked me to hang up because even though it was concerning my car I wasn't allowed to be privy to their conversation. But it all worked out in the end.

Mrs. ******** ****** was AWESOME! She helped switch my existing policy to my new vehicle and even closed out an old policy from another vehicle. She was patient, kind, but most of all KNOWLEDGEABLE! Wonderful but could.also start adding coverages for catalytic converters ecm and pcm computers.that are embedded in engines inside cars etc those would be safe to do to add them for coverage why..because they connect to engines and can be a huge problem for drivers
